Darshan Academy believes in nurturing not only the minds of students, but also their hearts. Under the banner of Darshan Week of Love and Service, students at DA Ferozepur took part in a donation drive—an activity that truly reflected the school’s values of being human and spreading love for all. Students brought in clothes, toys, bags, and other items that were no longer useful to them but could bring joy to someone else. These items were collected, sorted, and then personally distributed by the students to the less fortunate in the community. The smiles on the faces of the recipients were priceless, teaching our students one of life’s most important lessons: both the giver and the receiver experience joy in the act of sharing. Such activities go beyond academics—they help students understand the value of what they have, learn to share, and, most importantly, develop empathy and compassion by serving others.
